Our jewelry is handcrafted—minor variations in color, finish, and detail are normal and part of the piece’s unique character, not defects. We strive for accurate product images, but screen/lighting differences may cause slight variations.
 

5. Shipping & Returns

 
  • Shipping governed by our separate Shipping Policy; risk of loss passes to you once shipped to the carrier.
  • Returns/refunds governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

 
To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect/consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the jewelry in question. We are not liable for normal wear, improper care, or carrier delays/losses.
 

8. Governing Law

 
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Disputes resolved in Shelby County, TN courts.
