Simple, transparent shipping for all Chiquita Trade LLC jewelry—U.S. domestic shipping only (Memphis, TN based).
 

1. Order Processing Time

 
  • Processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. federal holidays)
  • Weekend/holiday orders start processing the next business day; slight delays possible during peak seasons (holidays/gifting events)
 

2. Shipping Methods & Times (Domestic U.S.)

 
  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days (tracking included)
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout, tracking included)
  • Delivery times are estimates only—we are not liable for carrier delays (weather, staff shortages, rural locations)
 

3. Shipping Costs

 
  • Calculated at checkout based on jewelry weight/size and delivery address
  • Clearly displayed before you pay—no surprise fees
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered for qualifying orders (posted on our website)
 

4. Shipping Address Rules

 
  • You are responsible for a complete, accurate address (including apt/unit numbers)
  • Incorrect addresses cause delays/lost packages—we are not liable
  • Returned packages due to invalid address: you pay reshipping fees; unclaimed packages get a refund (minus original shipping)
 

5. Order Tracking

 
  • Shipping confirmation email sent when your order ships (includes tracking number + carrier link)
  • Tracking info updates within 24–48 hours (carrier processing time)
  • No tracking email? Email us with your order number: service@chiquitallc.com
 

6. Lost/Stolen Packages

 
  • If tracking shows delivered but not received: Check with neighbors/carrier first, then email us within 7 days
  • We assist with carrier investigations, but are not liable for packages marked delivered
  • Carrier-confirmed lost/stolen packages: we offer a replacement or refund (at our discretion) for claims filed within 7 days
 

7. Damaged in Transit

 
  • Follow our Return & Refund Policy (notify within 3 days, provide photos)
  • We cover all costs for a free replacement/full refund—no extra fees to you
 

8. Shipping Restrictions

 
  • No PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses (unless USPS Standard Shipping is available)
  • No international shipping at this time
