Clear, simple rules for returns/refunds on all handcrafted jewelry from Chiquita Trade LLC—no hidden fine print.
 

1. Eligible Returns

 
  • Request within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • Jewelry is unused, unaltered, in original condition (no wear, tarnish, or damage)
  • Original packaging included; valid order number/proof of delivery provided
  • Handcrafted minor variations are not defects and not eligible for return
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

 
  • Final sale/clearance jewelry
  • Custom/personalized pieces
  • Jewelry damaged by improper wear/care
  • Items returned after 14 days or without original packaging
 

3. How to Return (3 Simple Steps)

 
  1. Email service@chiquitallc.com (subject: Return Request – [Your Order Number]) with reason for return + photos of jewelry/packaging
  2. We send a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24–48 hours (no RA = return not accepted)
  3. Ship jewelry to our Memphis address (RA number marked on package) – you pay return shipping
 

4. Refund Details

 
  • Approved refunds processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds cover only the jewelry price (original shipping + return shipping are non-refundable)
  • Partial refunds may be issued for jewelry returned in worn/damaged condition
 

5. Damaged/Incorrect Jewelry

 
  • Notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery with photos of the damage/error + packaging
  • We offer a full refund, free replacement, or store credit (our cost—including shipping)
  • Claims after 3 days may not be approved
 

6. Exchanges & Cancellations

 
  • No direct exchanges: Return eligible jewelry for a refund, then place a new order
  • Cancellations only: If order is not yet shipped – email us immediately to request
 

7. International Returns (if applicable)

 
  • You pay all return shipping, customs duties, and fees
  • No refunds for original customs charges
